WEDDING PACKAGES

 

RUM Events offers a variety of packages to meet your specific wedding planning needs. While the packages range in services offered, each includes consulting with a team of experts who have experience in wedding planning. INITIAL CONSULTATION - COMPLEMENTARY

The initial consultation is just for us for us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. We can help guide you, if needed, to identify your taste, style, budget, and vision, so that we can make the most of our time together and give you a great starting point for your planning. This consultation can last up to one hour.

 

ON-THE DAY COORDINATION

​

We want you to enjoy your day. This package is designed for couples that would like to do all the planning themselves, but want a professional to help them execute all of their hard work when their wedding day finally arrives. Your “day of coordinator” will help make your day unforgettable and stress free.

 

Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

Thorough walkthrough of venue

Manage day of for a total of 8 hours from planners arrival 

Team of experts day of    

Lead associate and coordinator

Create detailed timeline of events and distribute accordingly

Thorough vendor details

Calling to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery

Handle distribution of payment to each vendor

Handle clients “final touches,” such as:

Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift Table, Guest book

Assist with direction of guest seating for ceremony and reception

Access to planners wedding day emergency kit

UNLIMITED PHONE AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE

 

FULL EVENT PLANNING

Comprehensive meeting with our in-house designers to get an understanding of your vision, style and design preferences

Accompany you to 2 tastings and 3 site visits

Design support for all aspects of the event

Manage day of for a total of 8 hours from planners arrival 

Team of experts day of    

Lead coordinator and up to 1-2 assistants for the wedding (staffing dependent on guest count)

Create detailed timeline of events and distribute accordingly

Thorough vendor details

Calling to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery

Handle distribution of payment to each vendor

Handle clients “final touches,” such as:

MEETINGS, OPENINGS, PRODUCT LAUNCHES

 

Every event has its own distinct audience, tone, personality, and set of objectives. From small meetings to large corporate galas, RUM Events ensures that each event is specifically created to match its' intent.

 

Through understanding a company's unique brand and identifying their target audience, our team designs an event concept and coordinates all technical aspects before the event begins. Because we understand the importance of creating a continuous relationship and helping create a shared vision for more events to come, we work with our clients to clarify their ideal business outcomes and streamline the logistics.

 

Roselyn Traje, CEO & Founder, is a Certified Event Manager and Event Specialist. Under her lead, our team has worked with social events and companies on company holiday parties, charity events and product launching.

Non-Profit & Charity Events

RUM Events strongly believes that philanthropy and community engagement is extremely important in today’s world. As a result, we strive to make it simple and affordable for individuals and companies of all sizes to host charity events that support and/or give to those in need.

Though planning charity events or gift giving can be personally fulfilling projects to embark upon; like any occasion, they can also be tough work with a host of different components to consider and coordinate. RUM Events makes it easy by doing all of the work for you!

Venue Management

VENUES AND VENUE BOOKING AGENTS

​

We are able to represent your venue as a 'Venue Booking Agent' in which we create and negotiate contracts, coordinate and produce (when applicable) all proposed events and productions held at the agreed upon venue. 

If the agent services are needed for an extended period of time (over a year), the terms can be changed to reflect an ongoing relationship for bookings during the term of the agreement. The contract is set up to be an exclusive partnership between the venue booking agent and the venue itself.

 

VENUE COORDINATION

RUM Events will ensure the following:

• Contract terms are adhered to
• Client special requests are handled
• Keeping staff (sometimes includes catering/bar) on task
• Managing the venue to the expectations of the owner and acting as an advocate for the venue and it's staff
• Overseeing event closure (ie. making sure guests safely depart, load out is on time with vendors according to owners requests, etc.)
• Running tasks during the event
